Firstly the support network was excellent. The parts for teaching relaxation were particularly useful for me. Sleep hygiene I thought to be common sense but on reflection I discovered that I could, and did make adjustments particularly about the clock. An easy thing to do but made an enormous difference. I found it better to leave something positive to do in the early morning so that there was a good reason for getting up. This program, whilst demanding, is a Godsend for those with insomnia. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I have been fixed through Sleepstation!
