I have found all aspects of the programme very interesting. The initial restricted sleep was difficult but it did get easier as sleep time built up. I like the way the course was progressive in the information given and gave you time to absorb the changes needed to make time in bed productive. I no longer lie awake in bed for hours getting cross and I know that if I can get around 6 hours of solid sleep I will feel good. I found the video introductions were concise and relevant. The message support and feedback really helped to keep me on track.
