Technology now plays a huge part in our lives so it's no shock that we are seeing new kinds of sleep behaviour related to it. We see the impact played out in particular with parasomnias. These are unwanted behaviours that occur during sleep, where patients can be seen carrying out daytime activities, such as texting in their sleep.
