Alison Gardiner has a background in Behavioural Psychology and specialises in designing for engagement. She is Rubrum's Chief Executive and also founded the digital agency Born Digital which developed the software platform from which the Sleepstation therapy courses are delivered.
Professor Oliver James
Medical Director & Shareholder
Oliver James has worked in and around the NHS in the North East for over 40 years. He was a consultant Physician, Professor of Medicine and Pro Vice-Chancellor of the Newcastle University Medical School. He has also been Senior Vice President of the Royal College of Physicians, and a member of the North East Strategic Health Authority, Medical Director at the AHSN North East & North Cumbria and has been Chair of the HEE Local Education and Training Board.
Dr Paul Goldsmith
Co-founder, Strategic Clinical Advisor & Shareholder (non-board member)
Dr Goldsmith is a Consultant Neurologist working at the RVI in Newcastle. He is also the Neuro Lead for the Northern Clinicial Network and Senates at NHS England.
Dr Kirstie Anderson
Co-founder (non-board member)
Dr Anderson co-designed the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for insomnia programme at Sleepstation and runs a large NHS sleep clinic and extensive sleep research programme within Newcastle University. She is one of the UK's foremost sleep specialists.
